Customer responsibility

Customers are responsible for checking exported CSV data before using it for bookkeeping, taxes, lending, legal, or compliance work.

Supported files

The first supported workflow is bank statement PDF to CSV. Password-protected, corrupted, scanned, unusual, or unsupported statements may fail.

No human review

The automated workflow does not route low-confidence jobs to a human review queue. Low-confidence jobs fail closed.

Availability

The service may change, pause, or reject files to protect users, infrastructure, or data security.
