Workflow
Preview before payment.
- Upload a screenshot or image PDF as PNG, JPG, JPEG, WEBP, or PDF (up to 50 MB).
- Review sample rows free before payment.
- Unlock the full CSV when the preview is usable.
- Download rows with inferred columns (Column 1, Column 2, Column 3, etc.) matching the detected table structure.
Output shape
Table rows, not a formatted report.
- One CSV row per detected table row.
- Columns are inferred from the table header or structure.
- Generic column labels (Column 1, Column 2, …) unless headers are clearly readable.
- Merged cells, multi-line cells, or nested tables may not extract cleanly.
Limits
Some screenshots should fail.
Only PNG, JPG, JPEG, WEBP, and PDF files are accepted, up to 50 MB each.
If no table structure can be detected, or extraction confidence is too low,
the job stops without an export. Blurry, low-resolution, angled, or partially
cut-off screenshots may fail. This is a beta module: AI Converter
does not claim support for every table layout, language, or image quality.
Best fit
Good for clean, readable tables.
Use it when you need a spreadsheet version of a table that lives in an image or
screenshot, not when you need guaranteed column naming, merged-cell handling,
or a formatted report. Compare the export against the original screenshot
before using it anywhere important.
The first preview is free, so the fastest way to check fit is to
try a real screenshot in the converter.
Use the preview as your quality gate.
AI Converter is built around a simple rule: inspect the sample before trusting the full export. That matters for
screenshot tables because table OCR can misread column boundaries, drop rows, or merge cells when an image is
low-resolution, angled, or has complex formatting. The screenshot preview shows extracted rows before payment —
column values, row order, and any headers that were safely detected.
If the preview looks wrong — shifted columns, missing rows, garbled values — stop there instead of paying for a
full export. For any downstream use, compare the export with the original screenshot before pasting it into a
spreadsheet, report, or analysis. Keep the privacy pages close too: source files are handled for the job you
start, generated files have a short download window, and support requests should use job IDs rather than
pasted screenshot contents.
A clean export is only useful when the file matches the source. Choose the screenshot route for image-based
tables, keep the original file until you have checked the result, and treat any missing or garbled row as a
reason to review before important use. If the preview looks off, that is the designed signal to stop.
