Preview is free. Customers pay only to unlock the full CSV export.

Failed conversions

If the converter cannot produce a usable preview, there is no charge.

Paid exports

If a paid CSV export is unavailable because of a service error, the charge should be refunded or credited.

Data accuracy

Customers should inspect exports before relying on them. Refund decisions for disputed accuracy are handled case by case.
