AI Converter handles bank statement PDFs only for the conversion the customer starts.

What we collect

We collect the uploaded PDF, minimal job metadata, optional email, payment status, and the generated CSV.

How files are handled

PDFs are stored privately during conversion, are not emailed, and are not exposed through public object URLs. Source PDFs are deleted after conversion or failure.

AI processing

The file may be processed by Cloudflare Workers AI and, when configured, a specialist extraction provider. Provider use is limited to conversion.

Retention

Source PDFs are deleted after conversion. Generated CSV files expire after 7 days. Failed or abandoned jobs are removed as soon as practical.
