# Pricing

AI Converter sells one-time page packs, not subscriptions. You review a free preview first, and the pack shown at checkout is the pack you pay for. No recurring charge, no bank login, and no human file review queue.

## Packs

- Starter: ₹399 for 25 pages or images. Free preview first.
- Standard: ₹799 for 100 pages or images. Most one-off jobs.
- Bulk: ₹1,399 for 500 pages or images. Best value for large statements and batches.

Prices on this page are the base INR pack prices. Checkout may show a localized total in your local currency when adaptive checkout pricing applies, so the amount shown at checkout is the amount you pay.

## How the pack is chosen

The pack is assigned at checkout from the largest of the page count you submit, the page count detected in the file, and a size-based estimate of roughly 320 KB per page. PDFs above 500 pages are rejected before checkout.

Batch checkout accepts up to 50 previewed files and up to 500 pages or images total in one checkout. Larger batches are split into separate checkouts, and each checkout is priced on its own pack.

## What paid unlock includes

- Free preview and downloadable sample rows before payment.
- One payment generates and downloads the full export.
- One automatic stronger redo for paid extraction jobs.
- Provider-backed format conversions, such as PDF to Word or MP4 to MP3, do not include the automatic redo.

## Preview honesty

After you upload a file, the free sample preview contains rows extracted from your own file, so treat it as customer data. The downloadable fictional sample CSV at https://aiconverter.app/sample-csv/ is a made-up example of the output shape, not your data.

Extraction routes (bank statements, receipts, invoices, screenshots, documents, and audio) show real sample rows before payment. Provider-backed format swaps show a metadata preview before payment, and the actual conversion runs after payment, so those routes have no extractable content to inspect in advance.

## Refunds and failures

If a preview cannot be produced safely, there is no charge: the file fails closed instead of reaching a human queue. If you pay and the full export still cannot be produced after the stronger redo, the job is recorded as refund due or credit due under the refund policy at https://aiconverter.app/refund/. A cash refund is requested when one is available; otherwise support resolves the credit or refund.
