Just paid?

Go back to your sheet.

If you came here from checkout, your payment is being confirmed. Return to your Google Sheet, open Extensions → AI Converter → Import PDF, and click I've paid: import all rows. If it says payment has not arrived yet, wait a minute and click it again.

How it works

Preview, pay once, import.

  • Open the add-on from the Extensions menu in Google Sheets.
  • Choose what you are importing and pick a PDF, PNG, JPG, or WEBP file up to 35 MB.
  • See a free preview of the first rows before you pay anything.
  • Insert the preview rows for free, or pay once to import every row into a new tab.

Pricing

One payment per file, no subscription.

The add-on uses the same one-time packs as the web converter, chosen by the page count of your file. You only pay after you have seen the preview. There is no monthly plan to cancel.

Privacy

Your files stay private.

  • The add-on can only edit the spreadsheet you open it in.
  • Your Google account is used to verify you and to limit abuse, not to read your other files.
  • Source files are deleted within about a day, and no person reviews them.
  • Read the privacy policy, terms, and data retention policy.

Limits

Some files should fail.

Scanned, blurry, cut-off, or unusual layouts can produce wrong or missing rows. That is why the preview is free: if the sample looks wrong, stop there. Files over 500 pages are not accepted, and up to 5,000 rows are imported into the sheet at once. AI Converter does not claim support for every bank, layout, or language.

The add-on is awaiting Google Workspace Marketplace review. Until it is listed, the web converter does the same conversion and downloads a CSV you can open in Google Sheets.

Why import inside Google Sheets?

Most people who convert a bank statement PDF end up in a spreadsheet anyway: reconciling a month, building a budget, preparing numbers for an accountant, or checking expenses. Downloading a CSV, finding it, and importing it into Google Sheets is three extra steps each time. The add-on removes them: the rows land in a new tab of the sheet you already have open, with a bold, frozen header row, ready to sort, filter, or copy into your own template.

Google Sheets cannot read the table inside a PDF by itself, as the Google Sheets import help covers only spreadsheet and text formats such as CSV. AI Converter reads the PDF or image, extracts the rows, and hands them to Sheets. Always compare the imported rows with the original statement before you rely on them for tax, bookkeeping, or lending decisions.
